Embrace IT, Live IT, Wear IT

Integrity and Truth (IT). SOMETIMES these words speak for themselves, however the english dictionary defines them this way:

Integrity: adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character; honesty.

Truth: a verified or indisputable fact, proposition, principle, or the like.

If when you look at these definitions it gets you thinking about how you handle your everyday life then you are on the right track. If you look at them and all you see are two words in the english language then I believe it is time for some introspection.

What we do and say when nobody is watching is how I would put it in layman's terms.
